If you haven’t told him, he would be pleased to know that. 😄

You know, that thought occurred to me when I read your last comment. I just sent Jim a note via LinkedIn. I have no idea if he'll remember me, probably not. But he used to wave and call out to me by name while riding in a convertible in the annual St Patrick's Day parade in Old Town. We used to watch it (along with my kids) from the front porch of the townhouse where I worked on King Street. I was super impressed that he could remember names like that.

Kristin, this story just gets better and better. Isn't it amazing how much coincidences and chance meetings in life play such key roles as our lives unfold. What I often think about is what if a person had been running 5 minutes late or early, and then the moment or meeting wouldn't have happened. These occurrences and situations turn out being so pivotal. So many times, it's almost like it was meant to be. Even if you don't believe in fate, it sure makes you wonder sometimes. Thanks for sharing. - Jim

Hey Jim! I'm so glad you think so, thank you!

And yes, my whole career, actually pretty much my entire life, has been shaped by coincidences and chance meetings. Thank goodness for them!! 🥰

Great story, Kristin, because it's personally visible, palpable. I connected even more because years ago, I met Jim Moran, and liked him very much, for many reasons, and his evident Irish spirit was but one. I know the story is more about how you connect so well, with people and I like your style and spirit too. Thanks!

Thank you for reading, Gary, and thank you for your lovely comments!

How cool that you met Jim Moran, and therefore have personal knowledge of what that experience is like. If it hadn't been for Jim, completely unbeknownst to him, I would not have the career I've enjoyed for the past three decades.
