Kristin: What an experience. Great historical context. I had not heard of the Coppola's Family Hideaways before. As a filmmaker based in the Zaentz Media Center while Saul was making The Mosquito Coast I was surrounded by the film and the team making it even as I was not involved. There are some beautiful color photos from the film set still on the third floor.
Life got so busy so fast after college. I'm trying to slow it down now, if that's even possible.
Loved this!
Thanks Leslie ~ did you ever meet Lou?

Thanks Jed – how interesting to hear that you crossed paths with The Mosquito Coast!
I looked up the credits on IMDB, perhaps these are some of the photos you are referring to? https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0951763/mediaviewer/rm2246785024/
Such gorgeous descriptions!
Thanks Karen!
No, unfortunately.
Ahh, too bad. He was in Old Town at the time of my wedding, but didn't attend the reception or the service (although he was invited to both.)
